Important Customer Notice
Unfortunately, due to a number of appointments being cancelled with very short notice or clients not attending their appointments, we now have a policy in place, which incurs a charge.
Late Cancellation and Failed Appointments Policy​
Cancellations must be made by phone-call​ or in-person only!
Please do NOT Message, Facebook, E-mail or Text us cancellations
​Cancellations made with Less than 24 hours notice -
will incur 50% - 100% of the expected grooming fee charge,
(based on amount of notice given).​
Failure to attend an appointment -
will incur a charge of 100% of the expected grooming fee.​


All Charges will be at the groomers discretion

Record Card System - This is kept in a private, confidential and secure manner.

Our Mobile Phone - This is kept in a private, confidential and secure manner

Your name, contact number and dogs name are stored so that we can arrange appointments and send out reminder texts.

Photographs are taken of your dog to upload to our social media and website

Permission and Consent
Customers are provided with consent forms for signing. Further information is detailed on the forms.
